I HAVE 3 ADULT J.DICKFELDI; SEEING 3 HALF INCH BABIES IN THIS 15 GAL. TANK. 1M 2 FEMS--ALL WERE GETTING ALONG FINE. LOTSA CAVES. NOW W/BABIES PRESENT, 1 FEM IS CHASING THE OTHER 2 ALL OVER; KEEPING THEM AT TOP OF TANK. HAVE READ ELSEWHERE THESE ARE XCELENT PARENTS AND NEVER A THREAT TO BABIES. NEED HELP PLEASE--DONT UNNERSTAND. ADULTS HAVE ALREADY GIVEN ME 26 BABIES I MOVED INTO A 33; NOW THEY'RE BOUT AN INCH LONG VERY HEALTHY. PLEASE RESPOND. THANKS. JJ

Hello johnny, I dont know about these fish but just reading on some sites about them it does say that some varieties of these do chase unpaired fish and can kill them - maybe that is what is happening in your tank?
